Foundation Goals The Moseley Foundation limits its support to s, which foster the health, education, safety or welfare of children and families, with particular attention to (but not limited to) s, organized and operating within the greater Essex County, MA, Cumberland County, ME and Indian River County, FL areas. The Trustees intend to focus on s, which they believe reflect the interests and values of the Donor. Eligibility Charitable s which are entitled to exemption under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (the “Code”) and which are pursuing public charitable, cultural, educational, literary, or scientific purposes as defined in Sections 1270(2)(1) or (c)(2)(B) of the Code.
