New Kent County is soliciting proposals from qualified Architectural/Engineering (“A/E”) firms to produce detailed construction documents and specifications to obtain all required regulatory and local government approvals for the construction of the New Kent County Courthouse (the “Courthouse”). It is the intent of this RFP to result in competitive negotiation of a fixed fee agreement for these services. The successful offeror will demonstrate proven experience in design and management skills for courthouse design and other complex municipal projects
