The Powhatan County Public Schools of Powhatan, Virginia (hereinafter referred to as PCPS) is seeking bids from qualified Landscape Maintenance Service Bidders (hereinafter referred to as Provider(s), Bidder(s) and/or Contractor(s) to perform landscape services for Group IV consisting of fields as listed below. The Bidder is hereby made aware that the Powhatan County School Board anticipates that the landscape maintenance at these sites shall be of the very highest quality possible. All work to be performed within the scope of these specifications shall be strictly managed, executed, and performed by experienced personnel.PCPS has contracted landscape services since 1998.
