About this opportunity

Notice of Intent - Sole Source U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Jeppesen ForeFlight, Inc. for aeronautical navigation flight charts (Jeppesen charts) per Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12.102(a). These charts are only available from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), Jeppesen ForeFlight, Inc (formerly Boeing Digital Solutions dba Jeppesen). The proposed flight charts will be distrusted and utilized by CBP Air and Marine Operations (AMO) pilots to ensure accurate routes and flights path are correct.
