About this opportunity
The Attorney General is charged with representing the Commonwealth of Virginia, protecting the public interest, and enforcing state and federal law on behalf of the people of Virginia. In furtherance of those responsibilities, the OAG seeks to retain experienced outside counsel to advise and assist the Attorney General in identifying, investigating, and prosecuting civil and, where applicable, criminal enforcement actions across a broad range of subject matter areas of strategic public importance.
