This solicitation is for made new manufacture spare parts. Offers submitted will be evaluated based on the following criteria: leadtime, price, past performance and capacity. Please include in your quote unitprice, extended price, lead time and quote expiration date. Any firm which is not already approved to manufacture this material must submit a Source Approval Request, SAR. This procurement will not be delayed to wait for a SAR approval. The Government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes bilateral agreement to "issue" contractual documents as detailed herein.
