Fund Eligibility: To be considered for the Learner Basic Needs & Emergency Support Fund from Nightingale Foundation, applicants must meet all of the following eligibility criteria. Be currently enrolled as a learner at Nightingale College. Definition of Enrolled: actively participating as a learner in one of Nightingale College’s nursing programs and currently registered for coursework. The Learner Basic Needs & Emergency Support Fund provides financial stipends to current Nightingale College learners who are experiencing an unexpected financial hardship that may affect their ability to continue their nursing education. Support may help address essential needs such as food, housing, utilities, transportation, technology, emergency expenses, and other necessities that can create barriers to educational persistence. Unexpected circumstances, including natural disasters and other life emergencies, can disrupt a learner’s access to their everyday support systems, resources, and basic needs.
