Amendment 0003 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal due date to allow for corrections to submittals since no complete proposal submissions were received. The proposal due date has been extended to Friday, January 9, 2026 no later than 4:00 pm CT. Due to this extension the Period of Performance has been updated to 02/01/2026 through 01/31/2031. This amendment also updates AMS Clause 3.3.1-40 to the INTERIM December 2025 version and adds two new AMS Clauses, 3.8.9-8 and 3.8.9-9. There will be no other changes to the terms and/or conditions as a result of this amendment. Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the updated Statement of Work (SOW), the Site Visit Sign-In Sheet for the ARTCC, and the Questions and Answers document. The Sign-In Sheets were not received from the sites prior to the issuing of this amendment. There will be no changes to the terms and/or conditions on this solicitation as a result of this amendment. Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the Milestone Dates that were paused by the CO due to the Government Shutdown.  These updated dates are set as follows:      Site Visit Attendee List Due – 11/04/2025 by 12:00 noon CT      Site Visits – 11/05/2025          -    9:00 am Local Time - Seattle TRACON – 825 South 160th St. Burien, WA 98148          -    Immediately following TRACON - Seattle ATCT – 2440 S 166th St., Seattle, WA 98159          -    1:30 pm Local Time - Seattle ARTCC – 3101 Auburn Way S, Auburn, WA 98092      Questions due – 11/10/2025 by 12:00 noon CT      Answers out – 11/13/2025 by 2:00 pm CT      Proposals due – 12/01/2025 by 12:00 noon CT There will be no changes to the terms and/or conditions as a result of this amendment. *** This solicitation is being paused due the Federal Government Shutdown.  The Site Visits and Milestone Dates will be adjusted at a later date when the Federal Government reopens. *** This Solicitation (SIR) is for Grounds Maintenance Services for the Seattle Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT), Terminal Radar Approach Control Facility (TRACON), and Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC) to be completed as required in the Statement of Work (SOW) that is located as attachment J-1 of the attached Solicitation 697DCK-25-R-00405. This acquisition is set aside for small business.  The principal North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this effort is 561730 - Landscaping Services. The resulting award will be Firm-Fixed Price Contract. A Site Visit will be held on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 as follows: - 9:00 am Local Time - Seattle TRACON – 825 South 160th St., Burien, WA 98148 - Immediately following TRACON - Seattle ATCT – 2440 S 166th St., Seattle, WA 98159 - 1:30 pm Local Time - Seattle ARTCC – 3101 Auburn Way S, Auburn, WA 98092 Please email the names of those attending and the name of the company they are representing no later than Tuesday, October 14, 2025 by 12:00 noon Central Time.  Each company will be limited to two (2) total attendees.  Please document all your questions while at the site visit and submit them to Jennifer J Davis (jennifer.j.davis@faa.gov) via email by the date and time as directed below.  Questions will not be answered during the site visit. An Offeror must submit an offer which includes the following. [ ] Cover letter stating that no exceptions are taken to any specification requirements or contract terms and condition, or detailed summary of all exceptions taken. [ ] Signed SOLICITATION, OFFER, AND AWARD form (plus all amendments issued). [ ] Part I, Section B, SUPPLIES/SERVICES & PRICE/COST thru Part IV, Section K, REPRESENTATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS, AND OTHER STATEMENTS (Note: ensure Offeror completes Section I, clause 3.6.3-3 Hazardous Material Identification and Material Safety Data).
