Who can apply

State Governments, Government Organizations Only state agencies or constitutional offices outside the purview of the Illinois Office of the Governor with enforcement duties carried out by sworn law enforcement officers are eligible to receive funding for this grant (e.g., Illinois Secretary of State, Administrative Office of the Illinois Courts, Illinois Department of Public Health, Illinois State Police).
