Who can apply
This application is to be submitted by the student's teacher. Once this application has been reviewed and confirmed as an eligible request, the parent/guardian will receive an email from SEF to complete and submit their application. Submitting this application does not guarantee approval.
About this opportunity
SEF is accepting applications for students aging out of SSD during the 2026-2027 school year. (This excludes audiology requests, which apply to all aged SSD students). Currently, applications will be "on hold" pending funding. This application is to be submitted by the student's teacher. Once this application has been reviewed and confirmed as an eligible request, the parent/guardian will receive an email from SEF to complete and submit their application. Submitting this application does not guarantee approval. An SEF committee will determine approval after all information has been received. SEF will inform the teacher and parent/guardian(s) of the decision via email and/or letter. If the request is approved, SEF will order the equipment.
