This solicitation is issued as an RFQ for Triennial Annual Electric Inspection in accordance with the SOW. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06 effective August 27, 2025. This acquisition is 100% Set-Aside for verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4, Services 2 at 3900 Woodland Ave. Philadelphia, PA 19104-4551 is seeking to purchase FY26 Triennial Breaker Inspections.
