Our goal is to support our residents as they seek higher education, vocational skills and a better quality of life! ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: Must be a resident at a property managed by the John Stewart Company. Employees of JSCo living on property are not eligible to apply. Must be 17 years of age or older Must be pursuing higher education or vocational skills at an accredited college, community college, university, trade / professional school, or institute and scheduled to begin school in the Fall of 2026. Must be a resident in good standing Total household income may not exceed 80% of the area median Prior recipients of awards from this (or any other JSCo Opportunities Program) are not eligible to re-apply If selected, awardees will be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 Form with SSN or ITIN APPLICATION: All applicants are required to submit: Application form Two reference letters 6-8 minute video DEADLINE: The application deadline has been extended to Friday, July 24, 2026 at 5PM PT.
