The purpose of this RFGA is to solicit Applications for the Strong Families, Safe Communities (SFSC) program. The SFSC is designed to improve outcomes for children and youth who are at risk of out-of-home placement due to behavioral health challenges and/or intellectual and developmental disabilities. Since its inception in 2013, SFSC program has promoted collaborative, community-driven solutions by bringing together local systems to support children, empower families, and strengthen communities
