Applications are open now for affordable homeownership projects seeking funding in the 2026 Housing Trust Fund homeownership cycle. This funding is available to community-based organizations, housing authorities, federally recognized tribes and local governments create new first-time homebuyer opportunities for low-income households in Washington.
