Un-Sewered Area Assistance Program

About this opportunity

The purpose of this program is to support the construction of publicly owned sewer systems in un-sewered areas that have failing on-site sanitary systems. Eligible project costs include planning, engineering, construction, land and easement acquisition, and legal and inspection fees. The median household income (MHI) of the project area must be below the state MHI using the most current American Community Survey (ACS) available on the U.S. Census Bureau website.
