ArtsWA's Wellness, Arts, and the Military (WAM) program - General Operating Support Grant The WAM General Operating Support Grant provides up to $20,000 to organizations that offer arts programs to military connected individuals and communities. For the purposes of this grant, "military connected individuals" is defined as U.S. military active-duty service members, guardsmen, reservists, veterans, and their families and caretakers.
