Program Overview 2017, 2018 and 2020 Disasters Homebuyer Assistance Program funds help disaster impacted low to moderate income homeowners and renters to relocate out of high or very high fire hazard areas.Through the assistance of a subrecipient, Golden State Finance Authority, the Program provides forgivable loans to eligible low- and moderate-income homeowners and renters impacted by 2017, 2018 and 2020 disasters.
