Description View Changes The vendor shall provide laboratory services to the North Carolina National Guard (NCNG) for analyzing blood and urine samples as provided by the National Guard. The Government will perform the collection of all samples. The vendor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished, to perform for Laboratory services for the NCNG as defined within this PWS. A: We are estimating BPA Calls in the ammount of $40K-$80K per year. These figures cannot be guaranteed and greatly depend upon changes in mission. Q: Can we add columns to Attachment 1 for vendor’s test code and vendor’s test description? A: Yes
