For the construction of transient mooring facilities designed and operated for large non-trailerable vessels.**Subject to proration should secondary, non-eligible use/benefit be determined. Applications should be submitted electronically to Sean.Landon@dnr.ohio.gov between April 1 - July 1. If you have any questions, contact your grant coordinator. Transient mooring is for vessels that stay 15 or fewer consecutive days. Non-trailerable vessels are defined as 26 feet or longer in length.
