Touring Roster Kansas Touring Artist Roster Promoting Kansas artists across the state The Kansas Arts Commission maintains an approved Touring Roster of Kansas-based touring companies and artists. Touring artists offer public performances as well as optional services that may include workshops, master classes, lecture demonstrations, arts education components, residencies or short performances. Applications for Kansas Touring Roster Visiting Artists grants are accepted on a rolling basis, but they must be submitted no fewer than 60 days prior to the planned event.
