About this opportunity
Lilly Endowment is allocating up to $500 million for the Artificial Intelligence in Higher Education (AIHE) initiative to help Indiana colleges and universities address AI challenges and opportunities. Phase 2 offers two funding opportunities: Implementation Grants ($5M-$25M per institution depending on enrollment) and Collaboration Grants (up to $200M total for collaborative groups). Grants support AI strategy development, faculty training, AI-enhanced curricula, and ethical AI exploration.
