Government Organizations, Nonprofit Organizations Must be a designated Area Agency on Aging Applicant Eligibility: These funds are designated for Area Agencies on Aging Beneficiary Eligibility: Older adults 60+(and eligible meal participants under 60), caregivers 55+, and those being served by caregivers Credentials Documentation: Area Agencies on Aging must be in good standing with the Comptroller and Secretary of State's Office prior to applying.
