Eligibility: To be eligible to receive funds, the entity must be a California federally recognized tribe. California federally recognized tribes who received an award from the fiscal year 2019-20 Public Safety Power Shutdown funding are eligible to apply for the 2020-21 Community Power Resiliency funding. Preference points will be given to Applicants who did not receive Public Safety Power Shutdown funding in fiscal year 2019-20. Please see Rating Sheet.
