Eligibility: Must be a local public agency or nonprofit entity that is a subcontractor of a court for the purposes of supervised visitation and that satisfy the Uniform Standards of Practice for Providers of Supervised Visitation. SP22 Subrecipients are not eligible to apply for funding.
