About this archived opportunity

The Medicine Pathways for Advancing Tribal Healthcare (M-PATH) is a year-long educational program designed to engage and support college students interested in pursuing a career as a physician caring for Indigenous and rural communities. The program includes quarterly virtual group meetings, individual meetings with faculty sponsors and mentors, and a 3 week on-site summer program in Boston at the Brigham and Women's Hospital. The on-site portion of the program culminates in a presentation to Harvard Medical School students, staff, and faculty, while the off-site portion culminates with an end of year final reflection paper. On successful completion of the program, participants will receive a certificate and a letter of support from a program lead who is a Harvard Medical School faculty member.
