Host Municipality Independent Review of Permit Applications Grants are available to municipalities for assistance with independent review of permit applications for new municipal waste landfills or resource recovery facilities, or expansion of an existing facility. The grants come as reimbursements of up to $10,000 for qualifying reviews. Eligible Applicants: Municipalities.
