Industrial Warehouse Space - Expression of Interest UT-Battelle, LLC (UT-B), the Managing and Operating Contractor for Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL), is issuing this Expression of Interest (EOI) to identify parties interested in partnering to replace aging facilities and provide additional space for new and expanding programs.
