Industrial Warehouse Space - Expression of Interest UT-Battelle, LLC (UT-B), the Managing and Operating Contractor for Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL), is issuing this Expression of Interest (EOI) to identify parties interested in partnering to replace aging facilities and provide additional space for new and expanding programs. Requirements: - 50,000 to 55,000 net usable square feet of industrial warehouse space - Floor load capacity: 500 lbs/sq ft minimum - Loading dock with 25,000 lbs forklift capacity - Must be within 10 miles of Oak Ridge National Laboratory - Full ADA compliance required - 24/7 HVAC, electrical, plumbing capability - Card-based access control and intrusion alarms This is an Expression of Interest, not a solicitation for offers.
