Bid Submission Deadline Extended: The deadline for receipt of bids is extended from December 22, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. PST to January 7, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. PST. 1) Incorporate changes to clauses and provisions due to FAC 2025-08, effective November 3, 2025: 2) Bid submission deadline extended to December 22, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. PST. 1) Incorporation of Meeting Minutes, Sign-in Sheet, and Photos from site visit conducted on November 5, 2025. 2) Extension of bid submission deadline to 12/8/25 at 11:00 am PST. *Answers to questions received by 11/7/25 at 4:00 pm PST will be posted as an amendment to this solicitatoin at a later date The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) is issuing solicitation 15BFA025B00000031 for the award of a firm-fixed-price construction contract for a project entitled Perimeter Fence Replacement at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI Loretto), located in Loretto, PA. FCI Loretto is a federal correctional facility located at 772 Saint Joseph St., Loretto, PA 15940.  The project consists of the following: The project includes complete replacement of approximately 7,580 linear feet of inner and outer perimeter fencing, including line posts, fence fabric, razor ribbon, vehicular and pedestrian gates, and footings. The scope also includes realignment of portions of the interior zone fencing as needed, replacement of gates located within 30 feet of the inner perimeter fence, and installation of new concrete walkways along the interior fence. See the Specifications and Drawings attachments included with the solicitation posting for the complete requirements of the work. The performance period for the project will be 924 Calendar Days from issuance of the notice to proceed. The NAICS code for this requirement is 238990 with a corresponding small business size standard of $19 million. Pursuant to Justice Acquisition Regulation (JAR) 2836.204, the estimated magnitude of the project lies between $10,000,001 and $25,000,000. (NOTE: This range is one of 5 available ranges from JAR 2836.204 and is not meant to imply that the project has necessarily been estimated/budgeted to the maximum of the selected range.
