Eligibility: Must be in an eligible profession, and providing direct client care 32 hours or more per week. Working in a qualified facility in California and be in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences and or the Board of Psychology. Have outstanding educational debt from a commercial or U.S. governmental lending institution. Be willing to continue working in a medically underserved area for up to twenty-four (24) months
