The Fort Leonard Wood MICC Office is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in services contract to provide kitchen hood ventilation system cleaning services to various kitchen hood ventilation systems located on Fort Leonard Wood (FLW), Missouri. The requirement is to support mission by providing safe and operational kitchen hood ventilation systems to facilities identified to receive kitchen hood ventilation system cleaning services under this contract. The intention is to procure these services on a competitive basis. PROGRAM BACKGROUND The Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at Fort Leonard Wood, MO is seeking sources for non-personal services contract to provide kitchen hood ventilation system cleaning services to various kitchen hood ventilation systems. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The period of performance is expected to be a maximum of 5 years including one (1) Base Year of 12 months and four (4) 12 month option years. REQUIRED CAPABILITIES The Contractor shall provide services for cleaning kitchen hood ventilation system in support of the areas specified in Program Background (above).
