The Developmental Disabilities Council (DDC) is now accepting proposals from qualified organizations to support Self-Advocates in Leadership (SAIL). SAIL is a statewide program that helps people with intellectual and developmental disabilities build leadership skills, speak up about issues that matter and take part in public policy. Commerce expects to award one contract, up to $108,000 per year. Interested organizations must meet the following minimum qualifications: Interested organizations should apply through Washington Electronic Business Solution (WEBS). Proposals are due by 4:59 p.m. PT on Aug. 25, 2026.
