The recipient of the contract award from this IFB (“Contractor”) shall be the sole provider of these services during the annual State Fair, commencing with the 2026 State Fair.The objective of this IFB is to retain a federally or state regulated financial institution or independent sales/service (ISO) affiliated with or sponsored by a federally or state regulated financial institution, to provide, install, operate, maintain and service automatic teller machines (ATMs) or cash dispensing units at various locations on the Fairgrounds.The Contract will commence on August 1, 2026 and end on July 31, 2031.The Fairgrounds are located at 581 State Fair Boulevard in Syracuse, New York (Town of Geddes, Onondaga County).
