Eligibility: Eligible applicants include California Native American tribes and tribally led entities located in California. Applications can be submitted on behalf of inter-tribal consortium, tribal conservation districts, or partnerships, but the application must show California Native American tribe(s) is actively partnering with and supporting the application.
