Mitsubishi tank heaters for Montana Maintenance Office The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Upper Great Plains Office intends to acquire on a Sole Source basis Mitsubishi tank heaters for the Montana Maintenance Office. The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES.
