About this opportunity
The program shall reduce barriers to lung cancer screening and cessation services by providing patient-centered navigation and support across the state. Services shall focus on individuals at high risk for lung cancer and on populations disproportionately impacted by commercial tobacco use, in alignment with the ATCP Five-Year Strategic Plan (2022–2026). The Grantee shall provide statewide navigation services that include assisting individuals in determining eligibility for lung cancer screening, identifying designated screening centers, supporting access to insurance coverage or alternative payment options, scheduling appointments, arranging transportation, and providing follow-up after screening.
