Eligibility: Must possess a valid and unrestricted professional license to practice as a mental health professional in California, be in good standing with licensing board and/or certifying organization, not have an existing service obligation with other entities, including other HCAI programs, not be in breach of any other health professional service obligation, have unpaid educational loans, and provide 32 hours or more per week of direct client care.
