About this opportunity
DCY is seeking to expand the FSN model to two additional counties to employ programmatic positions to implement the FSN in Lorain and Montgomery Counties. DCY may award funding to one or more eligible Applicant to implement the FSN in Montgomery County and/or Lorain County. Each county will be considered one site and will be eligible for a maximum award of $350,000 per state fiscal year. An Applicant selected to serve both Montgomery and Lorain Counties may receive a maximum combined award of $7
