The Fresno Arts Council is working with District 3 Councilmember Miguel Arias to select artist/s to paint an outdoor mural at Tupman Park. The Fresno Arts Council is seeking individual artists and/or artist collectives to submit proposals for public art murals. The final design will be painted on-site at Tupman Park. The proposed concepts and designs should reflect the diversity and unity of the neighborhood community through a vibrant and colorful composition. Artists are encouraged to incorporate imagery inspired by local agriculture, wildlife, and themes of belonging, family, and play. Review full guidelines here.
