In 2023, Capital Factory’s CEO & Founder Joshua Baer (Henry Crown Fellow) and General Partner Lawton Cummings launched the Fellowship Fund to invest in startups founded by the unprecedented set of entrepreneurs who are Henry Crown Fellows. Each year, the Aspen Institute selects an elite group of 20-22 entrepreneurial leaders who have achieved the highest rungs of success before the age of 45 to participate in the Henry Crown Fellowship, through which they “move from success to significance.” Henry Crown Fellows have consistently launched industry-changing companies including LinkedIn, Netflix, Pandora, Evite, Eventbrite, Care.com, and Athena Health.
