Workforce Training Grant Services Discover how the Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund Program (WTFP) can benefit your company Update as of 7/15/2025: Express Grant applications are OPEN! What is the Express Grant? The Express Program is designed to help businesses respond quickly to change and keep employees engaged. Eligible Massachusetts companies are funded with $15,000 per calendar year, covering up to $300 per instructional hour, with a maximum of $3,000 per person per course. Grant applications must be submitted at least 21 days before the training start date.
