Grants & Scholarships Senate Bill 71 will become Missouri law effective August 28, 2025. As a result of this legislation, the Missouri Department of Higher Education and Workforce Development will implement a new scholarship to assist eligible public safety personnel and their dependent children. A variety of financial aid is available to help students and families pay for college.
