The Award Ceiling for Year 1 is 0 (none). CDC anticipates an Approximate Total Fiscal Year Funding amount of $15,000,000 for Year 1, subject to the availability of funds. This Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) will build capacity and provide technical assistance for sustainable service delivery support of integrated HIV/AIDS and TB prevention, care, and treatment programs in Mozambique, including: support to national-level activities (e.g., support Ministry of Health capacity building for technical, guideline, policy, training curricula development and training of trainers; coordination of experience-sharing to document, share, and expand evidence-based innovative program interventions and best practices for improved program outcomes and efficiencies; and specialized support to provincial-level directorates of health in response to specific and targeted technical assistance needs (e.g., specialized financial management, implementation of partner to provincial government transition models).
