Description: Key State Physical Activity and Nutrition Outcomes: Short-term outcomes: Increased access to healthier foods. Increased policies, plans, or community design changes that increase access to physical activity. Increased access to programs that provide continuity of care for breastfeeding families. Increased state level ECE policies and activities that improve nutrition, physical activity, and breastfeeding standards and Farm to ECE.
