APP is administered by the Teen Pregnancy Prevention Initiatives (TPPI) of the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health, Women, Infant, and Community Wellness Section, Reproductive Health Branch. Public or private non-profit agencies (e.g., schools, local health departments, non-profit community-based organizations) will receive funding to implement APP in communities throughout the state of North Carolina.
