Description: Funds from this award will be distributed to local detention facilities and used at a state level to specifically aide in expanding COVID-19 testing efforts and provide staff/resident training and education opportunities. Eligibility Eligibility to apply to this RFA is limited to units of local government confinement facilities in North Carolina (county jails/detention centers).
