Eligibility: To be eligible for an STLRP award, applicants must possess a valid unrestricted MD or DO license to practice their profession in California. Applicants must be in good standing with the Medical Board of California and not have any other existing service obligations with other entities, including HCAI. They must have unpaid educational loans and not be in breach of any other service obligation.
