Eligibility: Eligible entities must meet the federal definition of a “brownfield” and either own or provide written site access. Each site has a CalEnviroScreen (CES) Score of 75% or greater. If the CES Score is less than 75%, the CES Poverty percentile must be 50% or greater or the reuse is 100% affordable housing.
