Eligibility: Must be a non-governmental organization (NGO) that provides services to child and youth victims who are under the age of 18. Receive a minimum of 50% of available points on the Rating Sheet. Must be registered in the federal System for Award Management (SAM) and have an expiration date that is at least eight weeks after the Application due date. NGOs must be registered with the California Department of Justice’s Registry of Charitable Trusts.
