Eligibility: Eligible applicants include local agencies, state conservancies, federally recognized Native American tribes, non-federally recognized California Native American tribes listed on the California Tribal Consultation List maintained by the Native American Heritage Commission, joint powers authorities, and nonprofit organizations.
