Application Period is ClosedThe Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) is a formula grant offered as a part of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) to cities and counties for projects that encourage energy efficiency, energy conservation and emissions reductions. The Missouri Department of Natural Resources will make up to $2.36 million available to cities and counties in Missouri that are not eligible for direct federal formula funds. The department anticipates that funded projects should be completed by Oct. 1, 2026.
